When you use the INVOI website and services, we may process the following data:

  • first and last name,

  • email address and telephone number,

  • company information (company name, CVR/VAT number and address),

  • technical data (IP address, cookies and system logs).

3. Purposes of processing

We process personal data for the following purposes:

  1. delivery of IT services, audits and training, and provision of applications such as SkillFlow and IT Ticket Tool,

  2. handling enquiries submitted through contact forms and email,

  3. blog operation and marketing communications where consent has been given,

  4. ensuring the security and proper operation of the website.

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR on the basis of:

  • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract or steps taken before entering into a contract,

  • Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with legal obligations,

  • Article 6(1)(f) GDPR – the controller’s legitimate interests, for example fraud prevention and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims,

  • Article 6(1)(a) GDPR – the user’s consent, for example for a newsletter.

5. Recipients of data

Personal data may be shared with entities cooperating with INVOI, including:

  • IT and hosting providers,

  • subcontractors involved in IT projects,

  • payment providers and accounting service providers.

6. Retention period

We retain personal data for:

  • the duration of service delivery and for periods required by applicable law, including accounting and tax rules,

  • until consent is withdrawn where processing is based on consent,

  • until the limitation period for claims relating to the contract has expired.

7. Your rights

Each data subject has the right to:

  • access their personal data,

  • rectify or complete their data,

  • request erasure (“right to be forgotten”),

  • restrict processing,

  • data portability,

  • object to processing,

  • lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
