PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY

The website: www.invoi.online (hereinafter: the "website") uses cookies to adapt the website to the needs of users, improve its navigation or readability and make it easier for users to find it on the Internet. The website uses cookies from Google tools. They allow us to anonymously examine the behavior of users on the website, make it easier for them to visit again, and better adapt the content and structure of the website to their needs (including information about what information was read most willingly, what information was missing, as well as how many of you visited us and whether you to us via search engines or other sources, we will be able to create remarketing lists and forward them to Google tools). The website does not automatically read any user data other than that contained in cookies. Cookies (so-called "cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the website user's end device and are intended for use by website pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, their storage time on the end device and a unique number. The website uses "permanent" files (they are stored on the user's device until they are deleted or until the time specified in their parameters expires - no more than 38 months). Most web browsers allow cookies to be stored on the user's end device by default. Users can change these settings at any time. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the web browser settings, or to inform each time they are placed on the website user's device.
Failure to change these settings in the web browser constitutes acceptance of the use of cookies by the website. If you do not wish to store cookies on your end device, change the conditions for storing or receiving cookies by changing the settings in your web browser. 

Personal data processing:
We would like to inform you that INVOI Sp. z o. o. processes personal data on the principles set out in generally applicable legal provisions, in particular those set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: "GDPR"). PROCESSING PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS

Pages in the http://www.invoi.online/ domain may contain e-mail addresses. The user using the link that is an e-mail address agrees to the processing of his/her data (e-mail address and voluntarily provided data in the message) in order to send answers to the submitted questions. 

DATA RECIPIENTS

Your personal data may be made available and transferred to public administration bodies, services, courts and prosecutor's offices.

DATA STORAGE PERIOD

Your data will be processed temporarily, i.e. for correspondence purposes.

 

RIGHTS OF DATA SUBJECTS

You have the right to access your data and the right to request its rectification and deletion.


THE RIGHT TO SUBMIT A COMPLAINT TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority responsible for the protection of personal data in the Member State of your habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
